Q: How will I be advised that my application has been received?
A: You will receive an acknowledgement email after applying for a position.
Q: When will I be contacted regarding my application?
A: We make every effort to notify you via email or phone as to the status of your application within one week.
Q: The application is too long; could I just enter “see resume” on my application?
A: Applicants who would like full consideration must complete the application in its entirety with complete responses. Applications which indicate “see resume” will not be considered.
Q: I am interested in more than one position, should I complete more than one application?
A: Only one application is needed. You can log into your applicant account at any time, which offers you the option to submit your application to more than one position.
Q: Is there someone I can follow up with to discuss my qualifications?
A: Due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to speak with every individual who submits an application. A Human Resources representative will contact you if there is a current opportunity that we would like to discuss further.
Q: How long will you keep my application on file?
A: All applications are permanently kept on file within our applicant tracking system. Should an opportunity for which you are qualified come up, we will contact you. However, we encourage you to review the job postings regularly, and if interested, log into your applicant account, update your application and/or resume and submit to open positions as they arise.
